Magazine style
This means taking the video subject and presenting the issues and information in various formats within one show. This keeps the audience interested and entertained while informing. These programmes are usually presenter led and can contain drama inserts and/or locations reports.
Interviews and graphic sequences usually form an integral part of the production.

Educational
These are more 'at-your-leisure' watching videos, i.e. not aimed at training staff. They are usually on sale in shops or relevant locations and are both entertaining and educational, and usually filmed on location.
Interviews and graphic sequences usually form an integral part of the production.

Training - using comedy
Make people laugh and keep their attention and even the most boring factual information can be a joy to watch. MJTV is particularly proud of 'Carry on At The Coop', which took a list of facts about East Mercia Co-op and turned it into a 3 part sit-com - it's amazing how much you'll remember after you've watched it!

Training - Presenter Led
With an 'anchor' person leading the narrative, complicated issues or procedures can be explained clearly, with bullet points and a friendly face.
These can also include reports (with or without a 'reporter') on locations, showing the aforementioned procedure in operation.
Interviews and graphic sequences usually form an integral part of the production

  • BVS - Managing Challenging Behaviour
  • BVS - Effective Communication
  • BSB Security - Everyone's Business
  • Harlow What's In Store
  • Circle Of Friends
  • Literacy Hour
  • Baseline Assessment
  • Managing for quality

Training - Voice-over
The most basic form of video - with voice-over leading the narrative.
They are highly effective in training persons how to use a piece of equipment or carry out a procedure. Interviews and graphic sequences usually form an integral part of the production

Corporate/Promotional
Used in promoting a company or business, whether to inform new employees or win over potential customers, these are always effective in showing not only 'what the business does', but also exhibit the best features of any company.

'Product' Videos
Used to show the benefits and advantages of a product to customers and usually stylistically filmed to give the best possible images and 'look'.
